Project Overview
The proposed solution would be to implement a fully digitalized environment for face-to-face customer onboarding while maximizing customer services and allowing Amana Bank to seamlessly enable the process of account opening and capture customers’ accounts and information. The customer will be able to open various account types in Amana Bank and enable value-added services by visiting the premises. The customer can enter to do so by following the instructions given by Amana staff members, or by scanning a QR code and filling out the required forms under the supervision of Amana staff members at the premises.
