Project Overview

The proposed solution would be to implement a fully digitalized environment for face-to-face customer onboarding while maximizing customer services and allowing NSB to seamlessly enable the process of account opening and capture customers’ accounts and information. The customer will be able to open various account types in NSB and enable value-added services by visiting the premises. The customer will be given the details that are needed for the onboarding process by the NSB staff member.
